Edwards Lake Lease Lots

The Edwards Lake lease lots are located on the Tobacco Plains Indian Band Reservation. Edwards Lake is a peaceful community with a pristine lake as motorized engines are not permitted. Edwards Lake is only a 15 minute drive to lake Koocanusa where countless water sport possibilities abound. The crown land around this area also has great hunting, fishing and terrain for winter sports.

The leases are long Term 50+ years with the right to renew. Lease holders are permitted to build their dream cabins and retirement homes.
